Nice selection! Gang Starr are a tough one as i dont think they really made one standout, more just lots of amazing albums on the same level. hard to pick one for me

Some of mine might seem a bit bait, but i'd just be lying to myself if I didnt pick them in favour of something a bit less well known >>>

Nas - Illmatic
People Under The Stairs - OST
Mobb Deep - the Infamous
Wu-Tang - 36 Chambers
MF Doom - Doomsday.

These would also be my 5 favourite albums of any genre

Really struggled not to stick Illmatic in there, but couldn't know anything out my top 5!

Yeah, I know what you mean about Gang Starr, but with tunes like Form of Intellect, Check the Technique, Lovesick, etc, Step in the Arena just kills it for me.

Nice to see a lot of different selections in here, I really like the Infamous, just found it got a bit tedious imo

No particular order:

GZA - Liquid Swords
Sensational Meets Koyxeи (definite outsider but i listen to this loads)
Madlib ft. Frank Nitt - Madlib Medicine Show No. 9: Channel 85 Presents Nittyville (anyone got the 3LP version for sale? hit me up.)
Clipse - Exclusive Audio Footage (only just edging out Lord Willin)
De La Soul - 3 Feet High & Rising

Then it gets difficult...either The Sun Rises in the East, Champion Sound, maybe Whut? Thee Album, 36 Chambers, Cypress Hill's self titled...ahhh actually I don't know.

you, my man, have some seriously good taste.

i'd go with those 4, and then throw in either Vaudeville Villain or Busta Rhymes -The Coming i think

The truth of it, you think of 4 or 5, next thing you know you have 10.
