I think it's kind of funny he decided to poke fun at people saying all ukf uploads sound like skrillex....
by making a track that sounds exactly like skrillex.
Also how excision doesn't have "strong brand" so they get a random dinosaur and put a big X on him looool
It's actually pretty amazing how fucking 7/10ths of established brostep producers sound almost exactly like skrillex at this point.
lol, never! gotta allow the occasional guilty pleasure, however grim it may be

Truth! My fiancee loves herself some Taylor Swift occasionally, and I just have to hold my tongue. I know she does the same when I play the ClekClekBoom podcasts, so it's definitely a two way street.
Did this at the beginning of the year for a laugh, threw it up on you tube with a made up name. Not sure how it got 2,447 views.... people love the brostep.

I would've thought Excision would have a stronger brand than most of those other dudes, what with the giant robot theme running through all his stuff. Just look at the covers of his Shambhala mixes
EDIT: Oh shit, I just subscribed to the new brostep thread...

Even sadder is that Skism used to make the odd decent track. Rise of the idiots indeed.
Modestep (UKF Music - London) @ The Daily Dose Mix Extended - MistaJam Radio Show, BBC 1Xtra (29.10.2012) They’re the internet sensations-turned-Pendulum-rivalling live act who’ve conquered the world and seem set to do the same to your festival season. Just don’t call Modestep a boy band…
The momentum behind new single ‘Show Me A Light’ is yet more back-up for their online hype, and the endless tours have given the green light for their debut album, ‘Evolution Theory’, due out this summer.
“We wanted it to be finished by last August, but we needed the gigs to spread the Modestep word,” Tony explains. “Now we’re almost ready to unleash it. It’s about the evolution of music through our lives, so expect everything: dubstep, metal, house, hip hop, electro. I think it will surprise a lot of people.” A bit like their live shows, then. Just mind out for the moshpit...
