any one able to help me re create the bubbly sound synth (comes in at 1:28) in this amazing song?????

OMG I love that song. I've heard him play it live a few times and that synth feels sooo amazing. It gives you goosebumps from your head then down all the way to your toes. Surreal!

Anyways, I asked about it a few months ago and never got an answer. I would love to know how to make anything close to this!

LFO on a resonant filter probably has something to do with it

I'm glad that you feel the same way! =D Now if only we could figure out some way to recreate it other then a pitch bend, lol..

Agreed. Sounds like a highly resonant filter controlled by an LFO where the rate speeds up when the pitch bends up and slows down when the pitch bends down.
