Smokin Sessions / On The Edge appreciation
Not sure if there's any link between these labels besides releasing some of the same artists, but anyways they're both killing it for me atm

I've hardly seen any mention of these tunes on here, they deserve more attention for sure

Always liked both but they've been on fire lately.

Didn't like the early Smokin Sessions releases but lately yeah, pure fiya.
Both are sublabels of Z Audio.

Swan is such a tune, hard to mix with a lot of my other records, but it definitely stands out in a good way.

You mean the Biome original right? It has a weird stop-start feel to it. Some of the synth sounds remind me of Kahn, but I can't think of anything really similar.ariosa wrote:Swan is such a tune, hard to mix with a lot of my other records, but it definitely stands out in a good way.
There's more to Biome than the crazy growl basslines, it's nice to see some of it starting to get released.

OTE003 and OTE013 are in my shelves. I love them both but other than those, including the recent ones, I was never that interested. As for Smoking Sesh, all about the early Synkro releases to be honest.
