This is my first dubstep tune. My history is in latin music and I am trying to blend the 2 to try and develop a unique sound. let me know how to make it sound more dubby.

The midrange is dominating things within the mix to the point where some of the other elements are getting lost in places.

right off the bat, percussion work is on POINT!
i do agree with wub about the midrange freqs being too prominent, but that can be fixed easily with some EQing
@1:14 i love those pads and the atmosphere achieved,
1:39 is sick, nice synth work but again needs to sit back in the mix a little bit more the drums sort of get drowned out here
really great variations and progressions, i really dig the little latin hints throughout the track
but yeah overall its a great first attempt man i would just spend some time on the final mix EQing everything so it all sits right and compliments eachother instead of battling for headroom.
Last thing is that vocal sample near the end you should utilize more throughout the track even just cutting it up for some variations or whatever
Nice job mate, biggups!
