I dont know how to discribe this sound. ( I mean that rise immediately after he shouts "wtf".
How could i get started with this? Im using Fl Studio 10
I thought it could might be a comb filter but i dont know how to handel it.
Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad english.

That link doesn't go anywhere but youtube homepage.
You could also try messaging him via sound cloud or facebook or something, he might share some info.

The sound appears alot through the song, to me it just sounds like pitch modulation and a wobbling resonant filter on a midrangey sound. I cant tell you how to make EXACTLY that but that would be kind of a bore since you can make any midrange sound turn into that kind of riser with pitch and filter modulation.
If you are new to producing you should look that up and experiment, and I think alot of questions will answer themselves once you get that down. Fl studio has the Fast LP which is just a basic low pass filter with 2 options(Cutoff/Reso).
