morality: A person's standards of behavior or beliefs concerning what is and is not acceptable for them to do.

if a person is found to have killed someone, they should die. i do not see how a life in prison is an acceptable outcome of someone who has taken the only thing any of us will ever have

EDIT: and with todays standards and systems, a life in prison is hardly what a murderer would get anyway

before everyone gets a hard on and gets the wrong idea, the only reason i mentioned having strong morals was to discern the difference between being 'straight edge' and having 'unpopular opinions'
