Ninjas, what do you do to clear your heads?

I like to go for walks in the countryside on my own listening to any music that has any kind of meaning to me (helped by the fact that I only have to walk about 30 seconds to be out in fields).

I used to do Jeet Kune Do and Muay Thai when I was living in Plymouth. Would find after a few hours of intense exercise, learning to fight and sparring would clear everything out and leave me feeling good. Especially sparring, something about that would leave me feeling great and pleased with everything for a long time after.

Some good answers here, head barely gets cluttered anymore, but i thought it would be a good idea to share this stuff, try something else out next time your in a headfuck.. i do have to get back into exercise, i'm guessing my last years exercise flex is probably why i don't get as much of a cluttered head
