Most likey, the swelling reduces blood flow to the fingers which is why they feel cold

One thing you should check EH. Is it just quite cold where your two fingers are? If so, that may be the cause.

I broke skin on my knuckles a few times throughout my life, and now whenever I get cold I get purple marks all over where they used to be. Weird that they haven't healed

And only half the finger is blue.
