The very same... and the same guy that asked "So did they send people first so they could film it?" when watching the CGI'd videos of the recent Mars landing.

If I hadn't met him, I'd struggle to believe he existed.

£5 in cash, a pint of Dragon Stout, £50 in share options for a lucrative high-end prostitution ring and a copy of the 1980 Genesis album, "Duke".

This kid I'm friends with on facebook posts some 'remix' he made. A few moments later, he messages me asking for feedback on his 'remix' of a video game tune (which consisted of added random midrange bits over the original, not exactly innovating anything.) I thought it was a bit pointless giving feedback seeing as he already 'released' it.

Regardless, I give him my opinion on the tune (which wasn't that positive, but very constructive).

Says he saw the message some hours ago but hasn't replied, I'm scrolling down my news feed to see him still posting it asking for people to check it out.

Why the fuck do people do that!? I mean if he was some kid who added me then just started doing that shit I wouldn't be surprised but we've been facebook friends for some time now.

But yeah, think my new policy regarding feedback is private link or gtfo  (Or more specifically, actually have some intention to change/better the track or gtfo)

Also, all these self indulgent facebook Thanksgiving posts are annoying. Sorry non-US friends :/

You get folk like...at least he didn't kick off. I've had enough people in Dubs kick off at me because they posted a tune in a forum called "Dubs & Tunes For Feedback" but actually they only wanted positive plaudits and didn't actually want any constructive criticism.

My bad for giving the wrong sort of feedback, I guess.
