Yea unskippable cutscenes really detract from replayabilty, especially when there is a shit ton of them.
It's why I'd never watc...er play MGS4 again.

I don't have a problem with long cutscenes every now and then. I'm just getting very fucking annoyed when I'm constantly getting interupted with cutscenes that are barely a minute long and don't feel all that important. There's better ways of storytelling.

Yes, this is true. I've played for about 3,5 hours now and I've literally just finished my very first 'mission' as Connor... (for the first 2-3 hours or so you're playing with a different character). And it still doesn't feel as if the game has properly started yet because I've spent the last hour doing objectives that involved playing hide and seek and killing some animals in the woods... Don't really feel like playing anymore tbh.

games are getting more and more noobfriendly which imho isn't a good thing at all

Just snagged Scribblenauts Unlimited and plan to have a blast with that for ages to come though.

what are some good city building games? i'm bored of/ played out tropico, cities xl, sim city, will i like anno 2020? seems like it's not focused enough on building, y/n?

got Torchlight 2 and finally decided to actually pay for skyrim, plus I can take advantage of the steam workshop more easily now

p.s. has anyone tried playing skyrim with fxaa injectors and a few graphics mods? This game goes from beautiful to absolutely stunning.

Dwarf Fortress, Towns, Gnomoria.
Between Black Friday/Cyber Monday and all the game sales, I can't spend anymore. Got a ton of new games and a Logitech G35 headset for a good price. Unfortunately no deals better than normal for a GTX 670.
