The most unique/original producers/DJs?
Who's your favorite and why? Any genre. The ones who might have came up with their own sound, or unintentionally created a new genre, or have been influential to others.

Well, DMZ? For the sake of this forum, anyway. Otherwise, Jimi Hendrix, or The Beatles.

Blawan. Also was quite impressed by Sun Araw live.
Nicolas Jaar.
Light Asylum is very unique but I can't get into it listening at home.
Come to think of it, saw all of those at the same festival this year

Not a big fan of Coki's material but he is undeniably one of the most unique producers out there.

i don't think he's quite grasped the idea of punctuation yet.
or the use of paragraphs.
or sentences for that matter.

Telefon Tel Aviv had/still has a big impact on me. Not sure if they are 100% unique but I've yet to encounter anything like them/doing the sound as well as they do.
Kaiori Breathe has an unmistakable sound as well.
M83 (before all the 80's shit) had a truly unique sound. Still do, but not as great in my opinion.
Trentemoller and Tycho also come to mind.
And The Radio Dept., while being a Dream-Pop band, they record/mix all the material themselves at home so they are technically producers.

Mr Scruff.
And he does 6 hours DJ sets with all manner of fantastic things in. Top producer, top DJ, definitely my favourite musician.
