Grapefruit's been my Dad's favourite way to start the day for about 5 decades... he had to give it up because of this when he started taking something or other the other year; poor bloke spent an hour a morning moping around day-dreaming about citrus fruit. Luckily, those meds didn't do much for him so he's back on the wagon now.

My Granddad's the same, can't get enough of his morning grapefruit, I can't get the hang of them
