Thrillion - WIP (FUBITCH) (Dubstep/Wonky)

Whatsup dubstepforum people!

I`m a 28 year old male, and have been making music on my computers since I was a little brat.
Working hard to get into Dub step - most difficult genre IMO (besides Prog-Psy-Jazz-Folk?). Loving the challenge though.

My favorite producers right now: Gemini, Xcilent, Rusko, Koan, Noisia, Knife Party & Kill The Noise.



Started this track today. Now I`m at the point where I`m kinda bored with it, but don`t know quite
where to take it next. I like the drums and bass line alot!
Having issues with the drops not being brutal enough, the vocal samples are a bit off and can get alot better..
Maybe some boring builds too and I`m feeling like something important is missing but what??

Im sure you will hear something I don`t!

Like the panning on some the bass patches, but a couple of thing are panning a bit too far apart (around 2m36s is a good example of this), so I'd suggest scaling it back a little bit.

The kick has a lot of pop to it and not much thud...not sure if you're after a properly driving kick on this, if you are I'd suggest some layering to beef it up and maybe some subtractive EQing of the other elements to give it some space in the mix.

Ok, thanks alot for your feedback. I`ll beef up the kick with more low end, maybe pan less extreme and give the other elements more space in the mix. Good pointers!
