Randomer Big techno Kick drum

Im after that big loose industrial sounding kick that he uses in "Nar" and "Dance for me". It kind of sounds like what a normal kick sounds like in a club, so im guessing long release and reverb but i cant get any decent results trying to synth one. I also dont wanna sample it straight out of his tunes. Any tips on how to make it or point me in the direction of the hit he uses? Cheers

reverb then distortion then lowpass tends to sound industrial as fuck. Not sure if thats what you are after though.

do you want a gabber kick? i know fuck all about gabber but the kick sound can be achieved by running an 808 kick into a limiter with the gain cranked wayyy up. basically turns it into a square wave.

808 with distortion is a good base for that kinda sound

nah mate what you want is like, preferably some kind of boxey kick (Think hitting a box lol) that kind of feel, but then might wanna layer it wiht like a 909 or some kick with punch, and also you might wanna try messing around with reverb from a kick drum, with alot of low end in it, try resampling and fucking around with it layering it underneath your boxier kick.

Thats if i presume you are on about the actual kick drum, and not the grimey sounding bass hits that other people seem to be talking about.
