Big ups Tom, buy pretty much all of my vinyl from Redeye. Had nothing but good customer service.
He also answers either my mails or tweets in a blink!

Only place I use extensively. Tom's always quick to respond and as helpful as he can be.
Also, I'm liking that new layout although I was initially put off by the change

this.

Yeah tom and the rest of redeye are the best. Best customer service ever, i've got a wrong vinyl once ( too bad it was a weird ambient one though) and got the right one instantly no charge. That pearson white night slugs was warped and he just sent me another one too.

Big redeye fan, there house/techno section is making me discover shit everyday

I try and use redeye all the time now. Chemical lost me after faffing about trying to get a really warped vinyl replaced. Tom is the man and he will continue to receive my custom. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely. Big up Tom and the whole Redeye crew.
The "other" online record shop has ignored about 15 emails from me asking them to settle an invoice for a re-stock. Maybe they treat their customers better than their distributors, but fuck it, I won't ever go back to them as a customer and Redeye are cool to everyone.

just noticed a new layout today again. the "compact view" is how redeye looked 5+ years ago. i like being able to see all the track titled and remixers without having to click the info tab, but i also liked seeing the album art.
