i've received word from AKA-SA that he has taken action to remove all offending tunes from Juno and Youtube, and he was very polite and apologetic. So long story short the issue has been "resolved" for now, pending the results.

However, another point i'd like to bring up is that he mentioned that he has received a plethora of abuse over the past couple of days. I can only assume that the people throwing the abuse stemmed from this thread. Regardless of guilt or vigilantism, THAT IS NOT COOL. I thought you guys could handle it with a little more maturity. Now, I don't know if the abuse tipped the scales and made him initiate the removal of the songs from Juno and I dont really care. SNH, I am disappoint.

i did mention that it was an assumption, as far as i know this topic began here and was taken from here. my point still stands, if anyone from SNH was involved in the abuse at any level, i am a bit sore. i don't even want to know, just had to include it to cover the topic.
