0.5) obtain copy of windows 7
1) take pic you want to add santa hat and open it in ms paint
2) Find pic of santa hat on google images and save
3) Open the santa hat in another ms paint and select the "select all button" then hit the copy button
4) go to the pic you want to add to and paste the pic into some dead space off to the side of the pic
5) resize the santa hat to fit accordingly
6) Now select the "free-form selection" under the selection shapes tab
7) zoom in if needed and trace the outline of the santa hat
8) move the santa hat to the correct position in pic and you're done
