I play LoL every other day, usually dominion only though. Normal game is such a snorefest after youve experienced some tight, well matched up dom games.
Im playing under this name in case any of you would like to team up.

my little brother plays LoL all the time man, so frustrating, i've come home for the xmas holidays (i go uni in brighton) and he's in my room all the frickin time playing this stupid game, im forced to wank in the toilets off my phone cos carrying my laptop around's too bait. fuck LoL

alright just played a couple of games of dota 2 for the first time.. the community is 1000x nicer than the hon community... people even say gg in the way it was meant to be said

Always preferred Demigod for its artstyle of all the MOBA games. Never liked the Warcraft3 style so DotA doesn't appeal to me.

And yeah the community or these games is fucking awful, but with the length of the games, the severity of the learning curves and the dependence on team play to win, you can see why people are such twats in the game.

Even at the beginner matchmaking level the community can be dicks, all they care about is their W/L ratio and kills.
I mean when you have a pro player in LoL getting banned for being an asshole in game, it's time to seriously evaluate your community.

I mean hell I play fighting games a ton and am trying to get on the tournament circuit, and have been playing online fps games etc since the late 90s, but fuck me MOBA communities really are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to behavior.
I've come across 12 years screaming at me, calling me every swear word and racial epithet they know who have more social skills and made me feel more welcome.

How do you think Team Fortress and Counterstrike became stand alones?

it's just easier in CS etc cause u can kick them but in LOL u need said person to win the game. You say it's bad when someone get's banned for being an Asshole especially a top rated player etc but isn't it a good thing that even top players can get banned for toxic behaviour? That should send a message to every player imho. They're trying real hard to get a nice community and believe me in some way they already have a very friendly/helpful community.

Oh no I commend them, Riot Games have turned LoL into a fucking cashcow and are doing things right especially by their community. I was just saying that when you have someone even at the professional level engaging in the behavior it shows how cancerous the problem is in the community.
