Plastician Sets

Does anyone know what the opening track is from some of Plastician sets over last 18 months that uses the line "When Plastician step ina building"

Used as second track on the GetDarker set with Stinkahbell at Cable (12/10/12) and first of his set on the This is Dubstep at XOYO 2011 (link below, approx 2.59 into video))

I'm not sure of the actual track name, but the guy speaking over it is Doctor.
