Can you use external audio stretching programs? Also, wub, would you be allowed to use stuff like FL's Granulizer, or add the samples into a sampler, then use all it's envelopes and LFO's for cutoff, pitch, etc?

Looks like it's going to be another one with lots of entries. I might submit something, depends on what the samples are like and how much time I will have.
