any of you guys heard any doom metal or drone at all....?

i reckon some of you bassheads would fuckin love it.... its phenomenal loud. i went to supersonic at birmingham and heard it over a 40k system... i was in a bass trance dudes. ok its nothing like dubstep but it comes from the same place basswise :twisted:

yeah man check out "come my fanatics" by electric wizard, all their releases are wicked, that and dopethrone, the best doom band bar none, do a search on cosmicdoom.com plenty of doom/drone to keep you going...

yeah well into that stuff. Seen Sunn o))) a couple times and Om who were fucking sick, going to see Earth in December i think. its all about Jerusalem/Dopesmoker by sleep though

I intend to go see Sunn & Boris perform Altar in december with Earth as the support. Can't wait. Must remember to take my ear plugs with me. A mate saw Sunn a while ago with proper pro ear plugs and he said they were still too loud. :?

when i saw sunn o))) i was bricking it thinking i was gonna be deaf but i could hear clear as day afterwards.... must be cos its such low frequencies. my body was exhausted tho....
