Dude if you're getting frustrated with it then just leave it for a while, go play some games, go out for a drink or whatever.
Just do something for a while to take your mind off music and come back to it in say... a week or so with a fresh head

usually i to would say leave it and come back aswell, and i think thats good advice for most poeple ,and definitly if you are confident in your abilities and it really is inspiration that is keeping you from moving on, but if your stuck because perhaps your not that great of an arranger yet or your not confident in your sound design etc. than there is something in forcing your self to power through, drink a redbull....keep tweaking shit. Early on once i had finished a few songs but i was still getting stuck alot, i made a concerted efffort to put in the effort to finish the songs i started, sometimes sacrificing over all quality or mixdown to tighten my arranging and sound design. Eventually if you are dedicated enough to power through you can make those leaps that take your shit the next level. I found i was getting better at mixdowns and over all ideas but couldnt actually write a song all the way through...it was the head down learn how to take songs form one seciton to the next that allowed it all to become easier later. The hard part is knowing, do i just got nothing in my brain right now or do i just not know how to take this drop into a bridge and a breakdown yet and im just frustrated. I dunno perhaps shitty advice but somethign other than just stop and come back, this shit never gets easy imo
