I just want to be done already with these two tracks. I keep going back and changing the mixdown constantly because I always feel as if something is wrong with it. So I need a second pair of honest ears. How does the mixdown sound? Also the master? I don't expect the master to be any good though. Primarily I want to know if I can finally leave these mixdowns alone from now on.

How are these mixdowns and attempted masters?

Re: How are these mixdowns and attempted masters?
Touch Your Nissan - can't hear anything that seems out of place, so nothing too quiet or too loud. Drums don't have as much prescence as I'd expect, but that's not a fault of the mixdown/mastering, that's just a personal opinion.
Subconcious - Again, drums aren't smacking all that hard but the mixdown itself doesn't have an stray elements in it that I can hear.

I agree with wub on the drums on both. Outside of that they both sound great.
Is it possibly too fast of an attack time in the mastering phase thats cutting out some of the attack of the kick/snare?

Here are just the mixdowns themselves.
Now that I think of it I think the snare and clap in Touch Your Nissan could come up a bit more.
