wtf is up with Hexic 2? The original with the 360 is great, but this new one is so INTENSE. The first version is like the video game equivalent of a spliff. Don't like the new one.

Just started the new XCOM.
Considering restarting as I'm about 3 hours in and I've lost close to 15 men.
Next council meeting is gonna be shameful.

I've started it twice and managed to bug the game out where it rendered my save broken twice, very frustrating since I play ironman.
Will go back to it one of these days as it seems pretty good (though not as good as original X-Com or Xenonauts).
I need my time units not these 2 actions per turn.

Hexen 2? They just amped up the challenge a bit.

Been playing Quake 3 Arean, Unreal Tournament 3, Battlefield 2 and cod 4.
Upgraded my son's pc so that we could play lan games together.
Starting Starcraft soon as well.

Anyone else play fighting games on PC? SF4AE, SFxT, Older games on GGPO or Supercade? Wouldn't mind having some sparring partners and such to try tech on and practice with.

I was playing Street Fighter X I think it was.
But get fairly bored of fighting games nowadays since the last reiteration of Soul Caliber.

Yea atm I'm spending at least an hour a day practicing Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition, but would rather have some live bros rather than the training rooms and rand bats online.

im playing a bunch of tekken 3 atm and am having comps on my arcade machine, if you lived in LA we could battle it out

Not that big of a fan of the 3d fighters, always been into 2d. Cali has a huge fighting game scene though, makes me envious with the numbers they get at their weeklies.

Yea I use a stick now, before I had a saturn pad I converted to USB for my fightan games.
