He's far from prolific. But what he lacks in quantity, Medik can certainly makes for it with quality. Paying respect to the requisite amounts of space and weight needed to make dubstep truly glow, there's a distinct resonance on show throughout the three originals. From the enduring balance of dread and midnight drama on "Adapt" to the chest-shattering kicks on the title track, Medik has mastered frequencies with impressive command. Remix-wise both Mesck (tribal, percussive steppery) and Mouch (trippy, Detroity broken beat business) deliver serious goods.
