Snow in east london it's quite a thick covering outside my window. the trees and gardens look beautiful.

Started a 10 week fitness session with my hockey team mates.
10 weeks, 2 days a week.
Hell on earth.
I'm feeling fucked after today's session.
Currently feeling euphoric and have a weird glowing, blurry vision thing going on.
Nothing like an endorphin load to get you buzzing.

^yeah thats because exercising releases natural endorphins in your body so it feels really good, especially afterwards when you've settled and can really bask in it....it's nice isn't it
