I am looking for tunes that feature lots of jazz guitar with that slightly muffled tone if you know what I mean? Any chance people can post a few or just recommend some groups/players or whatever? I'm listening to some Charlie Parker atm and just really love the parts where the guitarist takes centre stage for a moment.

not sure if this is exactly what you're after wilson but this sprung to mind if you're after jazz with guitars
