NI Massive won't save sounds. Help?

I have NI Massive 1.3.0. The save and save as buttons are light gray and won't let me click them. I have presets that I can load into Massive though. Also, when I reopen a project with FL and Massive loaded into it, the presets don't reload. Help?

Assuming you own it try the NI support forums, they can probably assist you better
