What is a trap pattern?

Post by BYTEME » Wed Feb 27, 2013 7:14 am

Well?

With Dubstep it's usually 70, 120, 137, 140 BPM-ish. With Kick on 1st, snare on 3rd.
House around 128 BPM. Kick on every bar, snare on 2nd and 4th bar.
Moombahton around 108 BPM. Kick on every bar, snare on the half of the 2nd and 4th bar.
Hip Hop varries around 87-97 BPM I think. Kinda complicated but I think Kick on 1st bar, Kick on the last of 3rd bard, and then kick on the 1st of 4th bar. I'm really not sure.

What's the Trap pattern?

I always like doing 120 BPM Dubstep. Mostly because most Chiptune is 120 BPM. So I guess I kind of incorporated it from that, sorry lol..

Feed false information to the bothan spies.

lure alliance fleet to the location of the activated death star, with a star destroyer fleet in wait.

boom, its a trap.

a trap pattern is like a kick drum on every 16th note, and hi hat on every 16th note, with snare roll every 16th note and then a 'damn son where you get this from' sampler every bar
