Re: Flxmxth - Colours (Experimental/Dubby, Spacey, Minimal)
Great work! Really uses the space created by the minimal drums well. I love the way it feels as though the beat builds during the tune. You have a real Kode9 style vibe going on, just needs a spaceape to do some vocals over the top now
The only part which doesn't sound right to my ears is the bit at 3:50. It feels as though it comes off at slightly the wrong time.

i like it man
spacy feeling. maybe try a evenonger reverb on the long clap? like a high plate reverb ? hm or some real world, children talking etc stuff in the back? maybe pitched down just to keep it moving

I commented
i dislike the beginning, its seems unoriginal to me, but the rest sounded like theta waves (trying to boost my creativity neh?) anyway, altogether a well thought out song
kudos
comments back would be appreciated
, but not if its not what you wanna do
<-----totally sounds needy

Liking it, that clap is lush, nice minimal drums.

this is nice. feeling that delayed synth, and the sub is nice. Like bud said, this could benefit from some extra atmosphere, to add some more variety. It gets a bit repetitive to my ears.
the horn stab at 3:05 is pretty out of place, and far too loud.
mix down sounds good, keep it up

Thank you mate, the purpose of that horn is to snap listener out of trance caused by the rest of the tuneMurder Musket wrote:this is nice. feeling that delayed synth, and the sub is nice. Very subliminal...I love the way it starts...needs more beats in there I think, perhaps 2 or 3 beats that are each different from the other...just my opinion...perhaps u would gimme the BPM and allow me to remix it? I love doing stuff like that
