Haha dude, It's not my lack of understanding... I got into dubstep THROUGH things like UKF dubstep and the skrill3x. I just think that you wrote a whole lot of nothing.
and I got into dubstep through Roots Manuva which is not even dubstep, that witness dub song really got me hooked and I wanted to listen to tracks like that, at first I thought it was dubstep and everything so I started tuning in to online radios and for my surprise, not many songs would sound like that but I still liked it for what it was. So for me, I think it's more of a bass passion than anything else. of course at that time i didnt even know how to describe dubstep but my point is that, just because a track isn't 140 it doesnt mean it can't have sick synths and be a cool song witout someone saying "Oh that ain't dubstep" , like so what dude? are you in for the tempo or are u in for the bass? . and there are artists that make songs in different tempos like skrillex or bassnectar and saying that they dont belong to the scene is a little bit ignorant because even though they make songs in different tempos they still work around that 140 range (
) . I agree that there are other artists that make songs that I like to describe as ROOTS DUBSTEP, like mala coki pinch digital mystik gwn(...) and that's the beauty of the genre (diversity). but at the same time its kind of like what datsik said in an interview "if dubstep ever dies I wanna be able to continue making music" of course, cuz all this labeling is good for nothing. so for me, right now is all about the baass and exploring different tempos. have u listened to 110 ? give that shit a try. for whats worth, I'm s orry if I was rude its just that no one likes being called names u know .

I love roots manuva but i cant really see any parralells between witness dub and dubstep. Its a bloody digital dub remix of witness (1hope) you scrubber.

If it's been the lights-on tune at System (which it has), it's at the very least Dubstep compatible.

Re: Who is the most hated person in Dubstep?
I dunno man. I got into dubstep becoz rusko and caspa m8 (lol). I find it hard to empathize. I got into Roots manuva time ago and hes still one of my favorites, i just think its odd comparing it to dubstep when its at like 80-90 bpm or some ting and it dosnt really sound anything like dubstep at all.
Re: Who is the most hated person in Dubstep?
forgive me if im wrong but considering that dub is at 90 -120 and it is one of the many influences of the genre I think this track does have its similarities to dubstep . and if doesnt y ´put the dub in step . may b the name given shoulda been different then like uk stephouse lol stepgarage
