Raves are all about the diverse crowds of people from all walks of life (including 'shitty schools') and drugs. Gotta have rudeboys at a rave! Scenes that loose that quickly become very watered-down and dull.

If you want to be at places full of employed 20 somethings having intellectual conversations and not taking drugs then you should probably hang about pretencious coffee shops. Or bars playing jazzy house.
ok yea i agree but i'm overstating the kids from shitty schools part, i just mean stinky druggies not like cool goons or anything.

That made me laugh, don't think I've ever been pestered to buy drugs. Normally "you after md/gear/anything?" I politely say no thanks and they move on.

Posh kids asking if I have/can get any ketameeen are more annoying

idk last year before i moved out of my hometown i got into the local rave scene for a couple months, was pretty eye-opening. saw so much hopelessness and lives at the edge of destruction there...
there i met these kids with empty fridges and pockets full of pills who sometimes havent eaten in 3 days going to whatever rave they can desperate to make money. the kind of stuff you expect from a documentary about drugs or so, and those people were about my age, definetly too young for that kinda shit.
i also fell in love with a girl who was like a shepherd gathering young people around her, getting them into psytrance and drugs. last time i met her at a rave she had like 10 people around her, none of which i've known, all of them way too fucked up to speak in full sentences... seen her a couple times in a corner when she thought no one looked looking like she was really in pain but always acting like everything's cool when she saw me. a buddy (only one i could talk to at that night since he was sober too) told me she'd been partying for 3 days straight and probably her liver and kidneys hurt like hell.

i asked her about our mutual friends and she said she has no idea where they are, most of them just disappeared suddenly. one of them probably had a drug psychosis or something. she didnt even try to find them or anything, just got herself some new drug buddies and kept on partying. so much for peace love unity.

that and the drum n bass scene in the town i'm living at right now (pilled up chavs going nuts to the most abrasive jump up dnb you could ever imagine, think dj hazard on crack) pretty much disillusioned me about the whole rave thing.

No, he needs a fucking role model.
lol why
1. You spend money you don't have on luxury goods. Not even money you don't have that was borrowed from reputable sources either - despite being a student and as such having access to more credit than the rest of the unemployed combined, you have actually used Wonga to manage your financial affairs.
2. You steal people's property out of spite when wasted then brag about it on the Internet.
3. You spend half of your time on this forum trolling and making jokes in such a shades-of-grey manner than nobody can really work out if you're even amusing yourself, let alone anyone else.
4. You tried to steal food from an "All You Can Eat" restaurant.
5. You're at University (hint: An optional place of learning) and yet come across as one of the most willfully ignorant people ever to join this forum. Even you admit that all you've gained from University is "learnt nothing and contracted a mild ketamine addiction".
6. You either think it's hilarious when you don't know something or feel deeply insecure about a personal trait, continually ending "I don't know" or "I fucked up" posts with a LOL, like the little nervous laugh a schoolkid would make when trying to hang out with the older boys without getting clowned or beaten up.
7. You seemingly run a blog where you repost low-rent softcore porn from around the web as if nobody else in the world has access to Google and you have absolutely nothing better to do with your time.
8. You posted pictures of your "guns" on a public website.
9. You watched Man Vs Alcohol and tried it at home.
10. You live in the most loved up British city outside London and Brighton and yet you've somehow managed to turn yourself into an unpleasant little bastard that steals phones and bangs on about taking drugs all the time.
11. You split time between complaining about having no money, being in debt, needing a job and spending enormous sums on things you don't need and seemingly don't seem to be able to join the two things up within your own life.
12. The signs point to you not changing your habits despite being kicked out of your accommodation.
13. You're the living embodiment of the George Bernard Shaw quote "Youth is wasted on the young".

I feel like most of these things could be improved by the existence of someone you look up to. The lack of respect you have for the people and objects that surround you points to some deeper issues.

This was a tiny bit harsh, but you did ask.
