HELP! how to create this bassline?

Post by stormzz » Sun Apr 07, 2013 2:34 am

hey guys, I'm kind of a beginner when it comes to making basslines so bare with me.
I'd like to know the basic approach to create this sort of bassline http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJaU4H1nhEs (mad tune btw)
Hope to get some help!

- a reverb on 100%
- a slow phaser on 100%
- volume automation

Try to grasp your synthesizer and learn your synth vst so it can be easier to make basses in the future, it takes time but thats the fun part :)

I hope, because if not, we're going to be seeing a ton of those John Dope posts again.
