Opinions?
Too much management jargon IMO.
It reminds of a CV of this girl I know where her previous job duties were just a bunch of meaningless adjectives like 'responsible for providing responsive solutions to maximise client output in a digital and non digital domain while monitoring performances in integrating environments to ensure ongoing relationship values' she has a degree :?

I agree, utter twaddle and if someone gave me that answer I'd just ask them to clarify in plain English.

I work too hard. I care too much. And sometimes I can be too invested in my job.

"My biggest weakness is that I am my biggest critic"

or "I criticise myself too much"

That could be a consequence of not working well with others.
