Its normal to get seemingly random episodes of anxiety that can be triggered by something or actually be truly random. I had an anxiety attack whilst relaxed on the beach once for no reason, during a 3 month trip to SE asia...

Anxiety is normal, I think more people than not have had anxiety attacks at some point and is just the way we have evolved.

If its not a real problem just wait for it to pass as it will, if it its a real pain in the ass/lasts longer than a few weeks go speak to a counselor.

If you want to do something to help reduce that feeling, lay off drink and drugs for a bit, eat a bit healthy and get some exercise.

fair enough, i've had a pannick attack before but only lasted like half hour n then went

this has been like two weeks, not really a big problem just feel a bit shit when im alone and constantly feel nervous

I liked a couples of tracks off their first albums but by and large they are indeed shite, I did however used to have a weird crush on Karen O when I was younger but I think this was mainly due to her being fucking mental

Thing is she appears to be 'mental' in the most aggravatingly forced 'quirky' way

+ she can't sing for shit and they cover it up with that gash analogue clipping on half their tunes.

It's only now become accepted as something real and more documented. There was a huge stigma against mental illness for a long time, probably dually so for something like anxiety.
