Importing massive into garage band?

So as many if you may know i am a beginner with producing, but i read on the apple forums you can only have au's in GB, and im pretty sure massive is a vst plugin? If i buy massive will i be able to put it in gb and if i do that, and get a different computer will i be able to put it on that too or is it a one time download like "word" and software like that?
