That's how people train in prison.

What's your goal? Build lean muscle mass or to bulk?

yeah i realize that :P

i just want to get my full body strength back again, without having to go back to working labor jobs. i used to build houses, so i know where my strength should be at...but i dont really care about bulking up lol. when i got off my crutches a while back, it just made me re-think what i should be doing with my body. and now that my knee is feeling almost 100% again, its time to get it on \m/

Just got round to watching the first game from the play-off finals, really glad I'd managed to avoid what the result was, sick end to the game.

Back where I used to live this place popped up selling 20" pizzas for a tenner. Soon enough all the nicer tasting pizza delivery places had to offer the same sort of thing.
