i just want to get my full body strength back again, without having to go back to working labor jobs. i used to build houses, so i know where my strength should be at...but i dont really care about bulking up lol. when i got off my crutches a while back, it just made me re-think what i should be doing with my body. and now that my knee is feeling almost 100% again, its time to get it on \m/

Ben UFO & Pearson sound on later.. hopefully catch Martyn (spelt Martin on the website lol) and Compa as well.. the only dubstep there all weekend so need to see him just for something non-house lol.
