The only element he has taken from the Brandy tune is the vocal...that's called a remix.

The Skrillex Bootleg has all the original elements of 'Why They Hide' at some point, therefore not adding anything interesting or worthwhile.

This tune surely beats the crap out of some of Skrillex' older shit - That being said, this is still crap. Also, when he does a bootleg of this kind, i believe it would be a good idea to clear it with the original artist before throwing it in an essential mix - which we must assume Skrillex didn't do from that tweet by Blawan. And i don't think they cleared the sample, which could eventually mean trouble. But i still do find it kind of funny that he did this.
