Anybody wish they could do L-R Summing/Center Cancelling in their car stereo?
Whenever I'm listening to metal with vocals in my car, I wish I could use some center cancelling to get less vocals and more guitar on the fly.
It's great especially for listening to songs you've heard a million times before but discovering something new in them. I've gone to my cd collection and made center cancelled versions of a lot of albums and hear neat little subtle things that were buried and obscured before.
I just hate how time consuming it is for me to make center cancelled versions of songs I want to hear.
Unless there's something out there that I have been unable to find that could do this. If anyone could help me with this, I'd appreciate that very much.
Anybody else really dig L-R summing?
Don't you wish you could do L-R summing on your car stereo?

Lmao! I was just going through this in the car yesterday. A Beatles song came on and I wanted to show my wife how crazy they were with the way they positioned things in the stereo field, so I messed with the balance only to discover it just creates a mono signal when panned hard left or right instead of playing only the left or right making it impossible for me to isolate a side.
