Flying to London to get the bus? couldn't go a bit more direct?

me and my mates have got an apartment for the four of us, 250 quid per person for the week I think its costing us
can't remember the site tbh but it's a private booking; dealing directly with the owner. If you're looking via the outlook site you're paying a lot more than necessary for the same/worse places.

Wow, sounds like a lot of work.
It's silly expensive to fly all the way to pula if i recall correctly, but we're also making a bit of a trip out of it wandering around London before/after as well as going to Amsterdam to kick it for a few nights post-outlook. I was also told the bus would be a good way to meet ppl headed to the fest. I'm thinking it'll be pretty young kids though. Not the biggest deal, either. Hopefully border crossings should be cake so it doesn't delay us; that being said I'm not doin anything too mind-alternating til we're there and have scoped the scene.
I have 2 places left in the car, leaving from Amsterdam. If anyone wants a ride, contact me. The gas cost will be divided through 4, and will probably be in the range of 45-55 euros. I also have these same places for the way back. We'll leave on tuesday 25 august and go back on monday 2nd of september.

don't forget about toll.
I don't expect the total costs to be higher than 55 euros.

One way, way back is same cost. Last year we divided through 4 and it was 43 pp.
I have one super earlybird ticket for sale for Outlook 13. If you are planning on going but haven't yet got your ticket, get in touch and I will save you a few quid on not only the current price but also on what I paid. I'll pay and sort the name change on the ticket too.

edit: anyone stayed in fazan before? 6km away from the fest. seems like the only place theres a few apps
Fazana is beaut mate, a lot nicer than Stinjan. I stayed in Stinjan the first year, it was handy (being walkable from the festival), but there was nothing really there; a tiny shop and bar. Fazana would be like a 30-40 min walk to the festival site, but there's tonnes of bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc there a lot more going on. There's buses to the festival site, and obviously taxis. That's where I'm staying this year. Valbandon is a tiny bit closer than Fazana but again, there's nothing in Valbandon.
