The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.

So awful. I had low expectations, but this dipped far far below even that.

Dog day afternoon
Was one of the early Pacino movies I hadn't seen yet, well god damn it's one of the best films I've seen in a looooooooong time. Can't really explain why, maybe it's Pacino's youthful energy, Cazale playing a dumb character that reminded me of Fredo, the realistic feel in the relationship with the hostages... Lumet dropped a bomb on my tv once again

whatd you think of the soundtrack?
I liked how it was part of the mantra like vibe - but haven't listened to the ost.
I don't really know what skrillex does apart from that awful track on Asaps latest lp.

I was more caught up in the beautiful shots. (The same dude that shot enter the void, i think. )

Well worth the watch, although I think it would have been easier for the general mainstream audiences to realize what kind of film it was meant to be, if it actually had been RiffRaff and not someone as likeable, wellknown and 'charming' as Franco is.

I will fight you all.

Preferably in some sort of tournament setting where you all get trained in advanced e-combat by an evil trollmaster and I'm coached by an old, broken down nerd played by Tim Berners-Lee.

If you missed this brilliant piece of cinema last night, I'd suggest you get on it now.

Hotel Transylvania

Big fan of the animated stuff, and loved this. Good jokes, musical numbers weren't too in your face, plus the cast is spot on (Steve Buscemi and Cee-Lo Green in particular)

Image
The Expendables 2

80s action movie throwback, more OTT than the original was. Cliched to the point of self parody, but done with it's tongue firmly in it's cheek. Stupid fun :D
