my office is incredibly posh, mainly oxford graduates and phD students.

One girl was ranting about people with shit diets, and if only they were properly educated they could eat well all the time - told her that I had fry ups every morning for the last two summers before doing roofwork/labouring, she told me that was really bad. I contested that such a job requires the energy, to which she replied, 'Yes, but you could just have a bowl of muesli!'

Well if only she were better educated she might have a clue what she's talking about.
