my best friend who just came and stayed with me for 3 weeks in amsterdam is leaving tomorrow...we had a sick time but it's too bad he's got to go, I probably wont see him for a while because he's going to be in the states and I'm going to be going to school in amsterdam this year. still, made some great memories.

try an iced water to begin with, then promote yourself to a peanutbutter sandwich if you think you've got what it takes.. you'll be cooking pasta in notime mate no worries also this is a legit tutorial on how to make cheesecake

Cooking is just one of those things I'm extremely good at, but I hate doing it. I don't even bother with recipes. I look at the ingredients and just kind of play it by ear and I always get it to taste really good. And I LOVE good food, but the process of making it is just extremely boring.

Cant' be too boastful about it, though. Cuz while I'm literally a natural.. my parents owned a restaurant and my dad was a chef. So I unconsciously picked up everything >.>

mediterranean yacht cruise, parasailing, scuba diving, soccer out in the vondelpark, getting stoned and watching nature documentaries, 4fluoroamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, going out into the dutch countryside, eating a fuckload of croquettes (tasty lil bastards), just hanging out and talking

I think I may have fractured my foot saving a ball at Hockey yesterday.
The pain last night after the game was unbearable.
I was shaking uncontrollably from the pain until my wife dosed me up with some tramacet.

ate a somewhat large lunch yesterday, starting having slight stomach pain, which progressively got worse over the day, was driving home as it was getting worse, by the time I got back it was actually unbearable, couldn't stand up straight or walk without severe pain, called that 111 thing and saw an out of hours doctor, he said he thinks it's 'colic', got some pills and gotta keep track of the pain, if it goes to the right it means I've probably burst my appendix. Wahoo.

I don't know what sore kidneys feels like tbh :/ The pain is almost 100% gone today, but it was absolutely unbearable yesterday. The pills he's given me do say they're for IBS. Isn't that the wheat thing? I've eaten it all my life and never had anything like it
