Thai Food is the best imo.
Real Thai food.

But I am pretty partial to the flavors and the heat.
There's a Thai curry that I had in Thailand a few times.
We purchased spice packs in the Bangkok airport to bring back.
I can't for the life of me remember the name.
It's a lemon grass infused curry with coconut milk.

Masaman Curry is the ONE... they do a great one in Busaba Eatthai (the thinking man's Wagamama)
