Re: Working Out....
Yeah. People shouldn't measure the effectiveness of a diet by how much weight they lose. Crystal meth makes you lose weight too. But how much of that is muscle and water? I haven't really looked at the scale much since I started cutting. Only occasionally to see if I should be dropping calories. I judge progress in the mirror.
If LACE is healthy after all of that it's probably genes. But to 90% of the population at least (if not 95), that diet kills muscle, wreaks havoc on your hormones, metabolism, immune system and in your body's effectiveness at fighting infection and it has no long-term weightloss benefits. Tbh it's pretty sadistic to recommend it.

I do have superior genes yes
Oh yeah and 8 glasses of water a day with that diet..
And if you're comparing eating fruits and vegetables along with protein 2 days a week to meth well...

Re: Working Out....
I take vitamins everyday.
But I also eat a healthy diet.
In addition I also take omega 3 & 6 & lecithin.
Exercise 4 times a week generally with match day on Sunday.

Re: Working Out....
I'm now 76kg, woop. Just bought a pull up bar for home use. My chosen sport is climbing and I just don't have the vertical strength needed right now.
I make music as Forsaken, you can DL all my unreleased (and a couple released) bits here.

Re: Working Out....
Not as good as it should be, but I got one of them spring loaded grip things now (which you crunch in your hand) and it's definitely getting better.

Re: Working Out....
Well, if you want to improve it and a chin up bar is what you've got, try close grip pull ups (overhand) and just hanging from it for as long as you can manage.
