Banana arena was essentially the chav/lads version of DOA. DOA used to be good for just random shit, and the Grid is still good for production stuff, but when they changed the site design and servers or whatever it made the site incredibly slow.
Used to be you want jump up/clownstep hit up DNBA, techy stuff DOA.

Tbh, most dnb forums have shit userbases which lead to very little pleasurable or positive discussion, or just lack the user activity to remain relevant.
So realistically, the answer is no. I wouldn't bother starting one either. In fact, this place is largely shit other than SNH. Even the events are dry.
