***Changing Board Style Back***

If you're not feeling the new board style, prosilver is still available, and can be access by;

User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit Global Settings > My board style > Change drop down from DSF to prosilver

LOL I just arrived in London today and opened up the internet for the first time and I was like "HOLY SHIT! Is this what DSF looks like in Europe!?!???"

Now I see what the maintenance was for lol. I actually like the new style but it'll take some getting used to.

I did actually swap straight back after I saw how to do this but then.... I realised that I do actually like this new layout... a lot! gonna take time to get used to it but very much enjoying it

I went to swap back, but saw that the theme prior prosilver, not sure how it was called, is gone

No possibility of adding it back, is there?

Prosilver is still available, however the other style 'subsilver2' is gone and will not be added back.

I like the new style. The only thing about DSF is that links should open in a new tab imo.

Thought that might be the case. Never could get used to prosilver, feels like driving on the left side of the road.

First day I've been back on DSF in close to a year I'd say and I was thinking shiiit a lot has changed in the last year... I now realise now i just signed in on the right day.

Must say having the sound design sub genre is rad. Trawling through all the sound request threads to find the threads that interest me used to be a chore!

Which style uses the least data? I have a limited connection so I like to economise on these things if possible

I'd say prosilver, plus you could disable signatures and avatars (if you haven't already) to save a bit more.

It's what I use on my phone, as per wub's suggestion.
Pretty snappy and not too heavy on data.
