Awesome job! The production sounds really good, and being a huge metal fan you did a great job of getting the sounds to keep that heavy guitar chugging sound. If you don't mind me throwing in a suggestion, getting some heavy guitar chuggs recorded and chopping them up within the track may give it a little more of a heavy/metal feel if that's something you'd want to go for. But again, kudos! Sounds good!
Re: Derocc - "Drifting and Sinking(Metalstep)
Thanks man! I really appreciate to solid feedback. I for sure want to add real guitar in eventually, but Ive lost all my chops
I can still play but Im sloppy as hell compared to what it used to be.
Re: Derocc - "Drifting and Sinking(Metalstep)
Good track man. It really needs some drop c tuned guitars on it to get some beefy rhythms going
Re: Derocc - "Drifting and Sinking(Metalstep)
I feel the drop c tuning for sure, my guitar is actually set up for drop c currently... but the songs in d and I dont wanna have to re learn the guitar parts. Elastic audio(PT) might come in handy tho
Thanks for the feedback!
