nah man you don't rush 117 yards just from a bad defense. had he not thrown two picks as well, they would have been up 14 on you...

On the read option, he was good. That still doesn't mean the Raiders were any good as a whole. You can't just say "had he not thrown two picks" like it's nothing. They were both BAD throws. A lot of Pryor's bigger rushing gains were added by some comically slow pursuits from Colt's defenders. Put him against a faster, more clued up defence, and a lot of those gains would've been sacks.

I think that was the ugliest game I've ever seen.
I don't understand why the Jets didn't just triple-team Edelman and leave Dobson wide open to drop TDs. Thompkins looks like he could turn out to be a good receiver, but probably not soon enough. If Gronk and Amendola miss more than 2-3 games each the rest of the year I'm gonna worry about the division.
Pat's defense looked better overall than last year. But they're still thin at DB though, and the D-line got beat up in the run game.

Also, did Santonio Holmes have super bloodshot eyes, or was he wearing those scary contacts that Vandenbosch used to wear?

yeah dobson sucks, and thompkins is i think a year too young for the pressure he's under. i think the scariest part is that for the next 2-3 weeks edelman is the most senior patriots receiver.

I'm expecting Brandon Lloyd to be back at some point.
Also does Matthew Slater even practice with the offense anymore? I would expect him to be able to run routes after what, 4 or 5 years? But he only plays special teams.

Fuck these weather delays, this is bullshit. This was never an issue before. And if weather is a non factor in the fucking CFL, it shouldnt be an issue in the NFL.The conspiracy theorist in me says theyre doing this for ratings
